Loyalty

One tap at the counter, and the card is in the phone.

No app, no card to print, no code to type. The customer holds their phone near the box beside the till: the card installs itself, and fills up on its own at every visit.

How it goes

Five gestures, and not one of them has to be learnt.

The box sits beside the till

It fits in one hand, is plugged in once, and asks for nothing after that. It is the only object we add to your counter.

The customer holds up their phone

Just like paying. No photo to take, no code to read — and for phones that would rather not, a QR code does exactly the same.

The card installs itself in the Wallet

Apple’s or Google’s, depending on the phone. In your colours, with your name and the promise you chose.

The next visit is one more tap

Same gesture, same box. The stamp lands on the card, and the customer’s phone knows it within the second.

The reward arrives on its own

When the card is full, it says so. The shopkeeper sees it coming, hands it over, and the card starts again.

What it actually changes

  • Nothing to download. The Wallet is already on the phone. No sign-up, no password.
  • Nothing to find. A loyalty card left at home is a loyalty card that does nothing — this one is always in the pocket.
  • Nothing to recount. The number of stamps comes from the counter, not from someone’s memory.
  • Nothing to throw away. No card stock, no plastic, no ink stamp drying out.

For the customer

Nothing to install. The card lands in the Wallet they already have, next to their train tickets. It updates by itself: the number of stamps is always right, even if they never open anything. And the day the card is full, their phone tells them.

For the shopkeeper

You choose the promise — how many visits, and what they earn. You can change it whenever you like: cards already handed out keep the one they had, nobody loses a stamp. And you see, day by day, what loyalty really brought in.
